Насколько я понял непонятка в том, что та местность, где эксплуатировалось авто, подвергалась действию урагана или шторма. О чем есть записи федер.бюро по черезв.ситуациям(Storm area registration/title record(s)), что могло привести к повреждениям автомобиля. Авто-чек не может дать полной информации. Поэтому советуют провести профессиональное инспектирование всего авто перед покупкой. И похоже, что машина была реализована с аукциона как залоговое удержание за неуплату долга, о чем тоже есть запись - Loan/Lien record(s)
